Tomorrow, the Judiciary Committee will vote on Cory Wilson’s nomination to the 5th Circuit. He has called the Supreme Court decision upholding the ACA “perverse” and “illegitimate” and has sought to undermine the right to vote. I urge my colleagues to vote no.
