The presidents of Estonia, Bulgaria, Czechia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia published an open letter on Monday urging the EU to immediately grant Ukraine candidate country status and begin negotiations on its formal acceptance into the bloc.
