So in just two and one-half months, we have seen @realDonaldTrump make two colossally and increasingly boneheaded, dangerous, and impulsive foreign-policy judgments: the greenlighting of Turkey’s invasion of northeastern Syria, and now mindlessly playing chicken with Iran.
