Who is John Kelly? He is one of the three generals Trump named to his cabinet. As the Head of Homeland Security, he was the face and enforcer of the anti-Muslim and ICE actions.
Most memorably, at a Coast Guard event in May, where Trump was presented with a ceremonial sword, John Kelly — at the event in his role as secretary of Homeland Security — quipped,"Use that on the press, sir."
