Pence on the Sunday shows yesterday claimed that GOP has votes for appeal. Last night he was on the phone, telling House members the same thing. Is it true? Or is it a tactic to trick wavering GOPers to move right, lest they oppose the team that will win? This may well be a strategy.
We need to tell the same folks that if they support repeal, they will lose their own elections. We should tell them not to fall for Pence's trick. Once again, make those calls.

Be vigilant. Some are refusing to say how they will vote. Some have said they will vote against the bill but are being lobbied behind closed doors to change their minds. The good news is that we are becoming experts at this. We have done it before and we will do it again and we will win!
Threaten (with withdrawing your vote). Cajole. Remind them that Trump thinks that this bill protects those with pre-existing conditions. It doesn't. And that is just the tip of what is wrong with it.
Tell them that Pence is playing them for fools and making them sacrificial lambs
