Queen Elizabeth was donning some interesting jewelry the day The Donald arrived on British soil.
Her Royal Highness's choice in brooch the day President Trump landed in England has made waves, as the floral piece was a personal gift from former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama on their 2011 state visit.
The 1950 vintage piece is in the shape of a green flower, and features 14-karat yellow gold, diamonds and moss agate, according to Politico. It's also known as the American State Visit brooch.
The queen wore it Thursday at Windsor Castle, where she received the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar.
Her official meeting with Trump came on Friday, with son Prince Charles and grandson Prince William notably absent.
"They simply refused to attend. It's a very, very unusual thing for the queen to be there on her own. Usually she is accompanied by somebody. Prince Charles has been substituting for (the queen's husband) Philip a lot recently," a source told The Times of London.
The palace, however, denied the refusal, and in a statement said there were never plans for them to be there.
Trump, along with First Lady Melania Trump, met with the queen for afternoon tea and together watched the military march by, where Trump appeared to break royal protocol by walking ahead of Queen Elizabeth.
The President's visit sparked controversy within the country, as more than 100,000 people in London took to the streets to protest while a Trump baby blimp that featured him as an overly-tanned baby with tiny hands flew over Parliament.
He later told The Sun he felt "unwelcome" in the city.
Trump's frosty reception from the Brits comes in stark contrast to Obama, who enjoyed a warmer relationship with the royals.
He and wife Michelle enjoyed a private dinner with Prince William, Princess Kate and Prince Harry during a 2016 visit, with Obama even charming William's son, Prince George.
An adorable photo of the two meeting, with George in a robe previously gifted to him by the politician, quickly went viral.
Obama also dropped by Harry's Invictus Games in September, bringing former Vice President Joe Biden with him, while Harry interviewed the former President as a guest editor of Radio 4's "Today" show program.
