Phyllis Schlafly Has Died. We Wouldn't Have Mentioned It. You know that adage - Don't speak ill of the dead. But Donald Trump Called Her a "Champion for Women." OMG.
The Record has to be set straight.
Keep in mind this is a man who calls women fat and bimbos, sees women of color as only poor and in dire straits, says women should be jailed for abortions, fights the Fight for $15 (and even minimum wage) and of course, would deport immigrant women.
Voices4Hillary remembers Schlafly as an unrepentant homophobe who waged a national campaign against the Equal Rights Amendment. But Phyllis Schlafly won The Donald's heart.
Well, kind of.
