A House vote on a revised bill to replace the Affordable Care Act is planned for Thursday, with Republican leaders saying they have the votes to pass it. In March, lawmakers pulled a similar bill.
If 23 or more Republicans vote against the bill, it will not pass, assuming every lawmaker votes and every Democrat votes no. Here is where key House Republicans stand, though positions may change:
18No

Republicans Who Could Vote 'No'
Hard-line conservatives include Freedom Caucus members and recipients of campaign contributions from the caucus's political action committee. The more moderate wing includes members of the Tuesday Group caucus as well as Republicans from districts that voted for Hillary Clinton.

Republicans Who Switched to 'Yes' or 'Lean Yes'
The changes in the revised bill — which would allow states to waive certain insurance rules, including one that prevents insurers from increasing prices for people with pre-existing health conditions — swayed some members of the conservative Freedom Caucus who opposed the initial version.
On Wednesday, Reps. Fred Upton of Michigan and Billy Long of Missouri changed their positions after meeting with President Trump and agreeing to a last-minute amendment.

Call your representative at (844) 241-1141 and demand they vote against this bill. Tell them domestic violence or asthma or diabetes are not pre-existing conditions. Tell them that holding this vote without an evaluation by the Congressional Budget Committee of the effects of the bill on the economy or an estimate of the number of people who will lose health insurance because of it is outrageous. Tell them it is outrageous that there is not even a written copy of this bill for Americans to read. Remind them that the AARP, doctors and hospital groups all oppose thisbill. Tell them that there will be a substantial increase in bankruptcies in Americaif they pass this bill (the ACA is responsible for a 50% decline in bankruptcies).
Tell them we will never forgive or forgetor vote for politicians who give themselves quality healthcare but deny it to the rest of us.
