I'm old enough to remember when Trump, as president, withheld agreed-upon aid from Ukraine unless they fabricated a lie about then-candidate Joe Biden. He was impeached for it, as I recall. The GOP let it slide in the Senate, as I further recall. He then, I believe, led a coup.
