Even if Biden wanted to expand the Supreme Court to mitigate Trump justices we got when Dems didn't vote in 2010, 2014, 2016, he can't. Votes don't exist in the Senate or even the House. Biden can't even get votes to pass a Voting Rights Act or his key environmental legislation.
