The Supreme Court has hung a black drape over the entrance to the main chamber and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's chair. The tradition dates back to 1873, and has been followed for every Justice who has died in active service since. It will stay there for 30 days. https://t.co/PgtDHPg4hu
