Sen. Raphael Warnock, joined by Sens. Schumer, Merkley, and Klobuchar, announced he'll sponsor the Democratic majority's first piece of legislation, which includes provisions to strengthen the Voting Rights Act and expand same day voter registration and in-person early voting.
