JUST IN: Joe Biden has expanded his presidential transition team to include Pete Buttigieg, Susan Rice, and Sally Yates. The co-chairs of the transition team have been announced as: Ted Kaufman, Jeff Zients, Anita Dunn, Cedric Richmond, and Michelle Grisham.
