Chuck Schumer just scheduled the HR1 / voting rights reform act for next month. Can’t imagine he’d do so unless he has the votes. Coupled with Manchin’s sudden outburst of outrage at the Republicans, it suggests he’s ready to exempt HR1 from the filibuster. Stay tuned.
